Review of Stuffitts Shoe Savers

My good friend Nicole at Hanks Clothing sent me this new interesting product to try out. They are called Stuffitts Shoe Savers. When Nicole first asked me to do the review I was like what the heck are these funny looking things. After I did a bit of research I agreed and thought they would be great tool to make my wife not cringe every time she walked by my shoes and hunting boots.

When the Stuffitts came to my house I was at work and I got a call from my wife saying you got a package and asked if the boys could open it. (This is how it goes every time I receive a package). About ten minutes later I got a call back which is not usually the case Amber said what the heck are these Stuffitt things. After I explained to her what they were for I think she was more excited than me.

As soon as I made it home from work I threw the Stuffitts into the shoes I wore all day. I let them sit over night inside them. To tell you the truth I didn’t think they would help my nasty smelling shoes out in the least.

My work shoes

Stuffits with out the straps

Super easy to insert Stuffits into shoes

once the Stuffitts are in your shoes you can put them right back where you normally store them

The next morning when I went to put my shoes back on I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they work, but my shoes has an almost new smell to them. They got rid of all the sweat and smell left behind from a long day at work.
Now what happened to the smell? To tell you the truth I don’t really know because the Stuffitts still smelled brand new and so did my shoes. It’s a total mystery to me.

My 13 year old hunting boots

It's even easy to put them in your boots.

The Stuffitts made it through my work shoes but how would they fair with my old (not water proof) hunting boots after they were soaked inside with melted snow. About two hours after I was done shoveling snow and after my boots began to really smell I put Stuffitts to the test again.
Again I let them sit over night.  Like magic the next morning my boots were dry inside and smelled fresh. At this point I’m beginning to think how the heck can anyone live without these. But..........
One last test for the Stuffitts I was going to use my around the house shoes that I use for everything. These guys had been wet for a couple of days and I hate wearing wet shoes, but I also don’t want to wreck any of my other shoes while taking the dog out, cleaning the garage, cutting grass, painting and whatever else I do around the house.

The nastiest shoes in our house

Just like the other two times I threw the Stuffitts in my shoes over night and what do you know they were dry as a popcorn fart and selling fresh as ever. I was so glad no more nasty wet shoes for this guy.
One other quick thing to note about the Stuffitts is that they come with this handy carry strap. The strap is not just handy for carrying them but also handy for storage just hang them up on any hook.

After testing Stuffitts out and getting great results I can’t wait to try them on my trout fishing trip next fall. I won’t even need to bring my boot dryer. Just think of the room I will save.
If you are looking for a great way to dry out your hunting boots or every day shoes I suggest you go on over to Hanks Clothing and get yourself a pair of Stuffitts shoe savers. Oh by the way they come in five different colors.
*Note I received these free of charge form Hank’s Clothing to test and review*

Hi Ben - Well done review and an interesting product. Sure seems like something we could all use. Any idea on cost of product?

Great review, Ben. This is something I have looked all over for and have run short on patience for most so-called 'works of wonder' when it comes to foot odor or dampness. These sound like a great item to try out and use. Thanks for the heads up!

I tried a pair of Stuffitts in my hunting boots after 5 hours of hiking. The next day they were dry and fresh. Best new product I have tried in years.
