Ben I'd like to see some blogs about legal tricks guys use to get deer with in bow range...and the bucks on their feet during day light hours before the rut..

Thanks for a great site Ben. How about interviews w TV personalities? Huh? Ok, that was a shameful PR plug, but I am going to post it anyway.
Seriously though - I enjoy reading your journey on this blog. What obstacles are you meeting? How are you overcoming them? Are you getting through them? We are all just human and like to hear (read) positive stories about each other.

I really enjoy the hunting stories. I also like interviews with real hunters and huntresses. Keep the good stuff coming Ben.

I'd like to see more stories about when you were a kid first learning to hunt.

I love giveaways, too.

Count me in.

Only thing that comes to mind would be your personal tip and techniques whether unusual or not about anything related to deer hunting.

I would like to see more reviews of new products that you have personally field tested. It is always nice to read those before going out and buying them. I hope I win something nice!

Hi Ben,

I am new to your site, but I think you have a great looking site. I have fished all my life and finally getting into hunting. I would love more stories on guns, where to find best buys on shot guns and hunting rifles.

Thanks.

Your stories and reviews are the best, Ben. More of those are always welcome.

Hey, Ben! Cool giveaway.

Your OBS link needs updated. It's showing an old post. Others, maybe?

Congrats on the successful site!

Hi Ben - Looks like everything with the contest is going great. Lots of responses and viewers and that is what it is all about. I am glad I could help in some little way.

Although your blog is focused on hunting, as you know I am an avid fisherman. So I have really enjoyed it when you have posted some of your fishing excursions. As always, if you keep posting, I will keep reading!

I just added you to my blogroll and I always enjoy a little humor added to a post.

Great giveaway and good luck to everyone!

Hi-I'm new to your site-just jumped over from whitetail woods. I've been looking around your site-and it looks really good. You may already do my suggestion-since I haven't searched through your archives-so I apologize if you do. My husband hunts-and involves our children-teaching them about the outdoors-and most importantly about safety-so maybe some posts about the things you teach your child relating to hunting?

I'm always up for a free give a way. I am not qualified to give advice on your wonderful website. Maybe a dressed up hunting dog? Just kidding...don't shoot! Good luck to everyone entered! Thank you! :)

Hi Ben...it's so nice to have giveaways...saw it on Ricks site. I enjoy looking at your pictures with stories. It really adds a lot to your blog. Keep up the great work and goodhunting this season! :)

Hi Ben! just found your site. i'm not a new hunter, but recently started checking out hunting blogs. i'm all for learning new techniques for trailing, tracking, etc., my game. although i've hunted successfully for 10+ years, i'm always willing to learn something new.

also wanted to say, those magnet gun caddies are pretty neat ;)

Hi Ben - Thanks for the great contest opportunity. I've plugged it on my blog as well, hope it helps.

I think your blog is great, a lot of well written posts. I think the two things I really like when reading other folks blogs are legitimate product reviews of stuff most folks can actually afford. Ex: A review of a $1500 fly rod is worthless to me, but I'd love to hear if there are any good ones under $200. I'm sure the same logic could be applied to hunting. The second is shared experiences, especially through photography. A lot of outdoors folks take exceptional pictures of their outings...perhaps you could create a forum to have folks send in pictures and have them displayed so they reach a wider audience.

Anything about trial and error - either tactics or gear. Always good stuff. And as far as exposure goes, I quote the Rev. Horton Heat, "At least it's exposure, that's what they say....but you can die of exposure in less than a day."

Hey Ben...Nice site...I would encourage you to check out the Girls with Guns clothing site. www.gwgclothing.com

They are two young ladies who saw the need for women's outdoor clothing after attending a Women's Sporting Clays event for cancer, so they jumped in with both feet. They are from my hometown of Red Bluff, CA. Women's involvment in outdoor sports continues to grow and that's a good thing. My wife just became a Huntress a year ago and I love it. Thanks for the contest opportunity.

Hey ben... great site!

some trial and errors would be nice, like taking equipment to the field and seeing what's actually durable.

Ben - I'm more of a fisherman than a hunter, so my comment would be to have more fishing. But, actually, I think your blog has one of the best mixes of both, so it's really a comment not to be taken seriously!

Hi Ben,
Great blog! I would like to see more guest bloggers - especially women fly fishing and outdoors bloggers like myself. http://fliesonly.blogspot.com

I love giveaways.
I would also like to see more stories on food plots. Especially since we can't bait wildlife here - we rely alot of food plots. Thanks.

I'm new here, so I can't give any pointers, other than a post in regards to irrational tree stand phobias......
But I think it's fantastic that you're doing this and maybe someday I'll be able to do the same at my site~

I'll tell ya, I'm a big fan of breaking things down to the nitty gritty for the masses to understand what is really important. To me, in regards to hunting, that means scouting and concealment. I love to hear stories about not only that people scouted, but what methods they used to scout. How they determined the area they were targeting, what specific things they are looking for as their perfect locations, etc.
And also how you plan on staying hidden when the quarry has finally decided to grace us with their presence. Boring to some, but I love to gain insights from others on how they go about it.

John
